SPA POLICIES
At The Skin Boutique by Jama, our goal is to provide you with the very best Skin Boutique by Jama Experience possible. In order to do so, we have established policies to assist our staff and to benefit you, our most valued guest, as we strive to become your preferred spa in Johns Creek.
BOOKING
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations not provided within at least 24 hours' notice will result in your credit card being charged the full service(s) amount.
REFUNDS OR RETURNS
The Skin Boutique by Jama offers a 14 14-day refund or Return Policy on all skincare products. In order to receive a full refund on a product, it must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in. If a product has been opened, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. All sale items are final.
MASKS
Masks are not mandatory to enter the spa. If you would like your esthetician to wear a mask during your service, please put in a request prior to your arrival by calling, texting, emailing or adding it to your appointment notes when booking your service online.
CHILD CARE
We love kids! However, it is not safe or appropriate for your infant or young child to be left unattended in our spa lobby or in our treatment room with you while you are receiving a spa service. It may possibly be a noise distraction to other clients and the spa atmosphere.
GIFT CARDS
You may purchase physical or electronic gift cards in any dollar amount for services and products. All gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
